Our products (except Portable EV chargers) are covered by a 12‑month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Failures of electrical or mechanical components under normal, intended use

• Faulty or malfunctioning cables and connectors (unless damaged by misuse)

• Issues with smart features, software, or Wi‑Fi connectivity that occur during normal operation

If a covered issue arises, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for the affected item.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accidents, drops, impacts, or improper installation

• Misuse, neglect, or operation outside the product’s intended purpose

• Weather exposure when the product is not rated for outdoor use

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Damage caused by power surges, unstable power supply, or lack of surge protection
